Cybertex Computer Services offers clients the option of using Remote Internet Tech Support for system troubleshooting. The remote support program is a very small self-contained executable program that is activated by the client and allows remote access to the system experiencing problems. The computer that requires service must be able to connect to the Internet and must be on a High Speed Internet connection. Since the initial connection is made from the client side, firewalls and routers do not require any special configuration and access to your system remains in your control. (NOTE: Software firewall programs may need to be disabled in order for remote services to function properly.) To download the remote Technical Support program, click on the Remote Support link below and save the file to your desktop. After you have downloaded the program, please phone 1 705 835 6737 prior to running the program. You will need to have a valid Credit Card (Vista or MasterCard accepted) to proceed. Remote sessions rates are $15.63 + tax/15min block with a minimum charge of $19.95 + tax for each remote session. Remote Support Details
